We are all about the Food, Fun,
and Creating Moments that Matter.
Julie St. Marie
I grew up in a household where my mother cooked and cleaned and raised a family. My father came home from work every day to a hot meal on the table. We sat around that table and I can vividly remember that my sister hated vegetables, and one of my brother's didn't want his food touching other food on the plate, and we couldn't get up from the table until we were all finsihed and given permission to be excused. Food and family and structure is probably what I like most about catering and entertaining. Developing a theme from start to finish and watching it unfold like a story. Getting all of the details in place to create moments that matter to people.
I learned alot from my mother, grandmothers, other relatives - so many recipes and ways to make food. My Gran made the best coleslaw, my Grandma St. Marie the best cinammon rolls, my Grandma Michael, biscuits...you name a relative and I think they could be remembered by their best recipes.
I grew up in Maryland and attended La Reine High School and then went on to graduate with a B.S. from Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, WV. I worked 25 years in the insurance industry with my father and sister and during that time attended Culinary School and earned my Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. What I thought might be a second career of owning a Bakery quickly turned into something else.
In 2014 I built out a 3,000 commercial kitchen in Annapolis, Maryland and now operate a full service catering company. We work with our clients to plan small events in their home or in our location. We cater large and small weddings, and some that are in-between. We cater to commercial clients, and offer them delicious food at affordable prices. We are problem solvers and work with our clients from beginning to end.
